Single Property Sites flyer example
If you haven?t yet heard of it, ActiveRain is a large online community of Real Estate Agents and other Real Estate Marketing professionals. It is essentially a blogging platform where you can create your own personal/company real estate profile, and provide your own personal insight on great real estate marketing techniques, industry news, personal opinion and commentary, or just about anything else that you want.
We recently updated our enhanced Single Property Site flyers in order to increase the effectiveness of your real estate marketing for property listings.
The property flyers are great tools to use for marketing listings on Craigslist, but did you know you can also post them to ActiveRain? We modified the HTML of the single property flyers that we use for Craigslist so that they now work perfectly for ActiveRain too!
To access the code for the property site flyers:
- Login to your account by clicking the ?Sign In? link at the top of the Single Property Sites homepage.
- Go to the ?Craigslist Posting Manager? under Marketing Tools and click the Post button next to the property you want to feature. copy the HTML flyer ?manual posting code? for your property.
- Click the blue link to manually post to Craigslist and follow the instructions in the next window.
- Login to your ActiveRain account and and create a really great long-tail URL blog post about your property ? and paste in the HTML code you copied in step 1.
