Chef de Cuisine, Scott Ketterman Leaving Simpatica | An ...

Still clearing out old emails, and this bit of news doesn?t seem to have gotten much coverage. Since 2007, Scott Ketterman has worked as chef de cuisine at Simpatica. He is known for his ability to bring a meal alive just before it begins, engaging the crowd so eloquently, he often brings the restaurant to a halt. Now comes word that he will be leaving Simpatica after Labor Day.

I haven?t heard any buzz about Scott?s plans, and I?m sure the food quality at Simpatica won?t suffer, but Scott?s energy and enthusiasm for local products plus his gift for talking about it with customers will be sorely missed.
