We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a FGP Business Administrator.? To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years?experience in healthcare operations/finance plus proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, or similar programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with billing companies and practice staff to maximize efficient billing; reviewing billing reports to identify and correct adverse trends; keeping abreast of compliance and coding issues affecting reimbursement and relating to practice operations; overseeing credentialing of physicians and/or groups; managing and performing operational assessments of existing practices; implementing any approved recommendations coming from the practice assessment; overseeing preparation of business plans for new practices and/or lines of business; assisting in troubleshooting institutional issues as they relate to the FGP; keeping up on Legislative and Industry changes that may affect the manner in which we conduct business; acting as a liaison between practice administrators and other departments; acting as liaison for outside agencies; supervising various practice-based personnel; overseeing preparation of Profit and Loss statements that accurately display the condition of the practice; plus all related job functions.

Excellent communication skills are essential.?Master's degree preferred.
